Terms of shipping and payment

Shipping conditions, delivery times and payment instructions of Wintersportonlineshop.nl

Delivery takes place in the Netherlands with Post.nl up to 5 KG Euro 3.95, see tabel.
With a shipping weight over 20 kg a second package will be made. The remaining shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the left over kg.

Delivery deadlines

Except as provided in the item description of any other period, the delivery of the goods in the Netherlands takes place within 1-2 days, for international deliveries within 2-8 days after order confirmation. Note that on Sundays and public holidays, no notification is made. In case you order more products the delivery of all products takes place with the article with the longest delivery time.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date: The deadline for the delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the referring bank or other payment on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

For pick up we will notify you by e-mail about the fact of the goods are ready and the pick up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be calculated.

We do not ship to all countries and not to all islands. It is possible, for example, if you live in Europe to order in our Webshop. The delivery address determines which shipping and payment options are available. The same conditions applies to everyone within the EU.
